With your referral, your patients will receive expedited access to appointments and thoughtful care from our knowledgeable staff. We are also dedicated to timely communications with your office throughout treatment, enabling a seamless return of patients to your practice for ongoing care. MRM participates in many insurance plans.

Semen Analysis and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) Prep Referrals
Michigan Reproductive Medicine is pleased to offer andrology lab services such as semen analysis and IUI preps to patients referred by other physicians. Click here to learn more about the variety of andrology lab services we offer. Our office provides private, comfortable collection rooms for your patients. Our regular andrology lab appointment hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm and Saturday 6:30 to 10:30 am. Your patient’s semen analysis report will be sent to the ordering provider within one business day from the day the test was performed. Our Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologists are available, at your request, to interpret the results with you. Request your patients to schedule an IUI semen collection appointment two hours prior to the scheduled IUI procedure time at your office. The patient or his designated partner will bring washed semen IUI prep specimen to your office for IUI to be performed.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) Referrals
We are pleased to offer intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures to your patients. The timing of IUI is based on when ovulation is going to occur. Our physicians often say, “the eggs have no regard for weekends and holidays.” Although many referring physicians perform IUI procedures in their office during their regular office hours, weekend and holiday times for IUI may be outside the scope of your office hours and staffing commitments. We provide IUI procedures every day of the year, including weekends and holidays, to support you in the care of your patients.

Satellite Network and Monitoring
Michigan Reproductive Medicine is happy to perform satellite ultrasound monitoring and same day labs (Estradiol, Progesterone, FSH and Quantitative HCG) for other infertility clinics. We have assisted many IVF clinics with patients requiring monitoring for frozen embryo transfer and egg donor cycles. We can also perform saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS) with 2-D and 3-D vaginal ultrasonography and in-office hysteroscopy to assess the cervical canal, endometrial cavity and fallopian tube patency.

MRM Fertility Support Group
We are pleased to offer a fertility support group, which generally takes place the second or third Tuesday of every month from 7-9 PM. Spouses, partners and friends are welcome. We invite couples to attend together. You do not have to be a current patient at Michigan Reproductive Medicine. Our support group is open to all. There are no fees.
