Dear Dr. Mersol-Barg and Staff,
I wanted to write a letter of appreciation for the outstanding care you bestowed upon me during my time in the practice. You, and your staff, far exceeded my expectations.
During a difficult and trying time, you provided support, encouragement and guidance. You even managed to instill a little humor and, certainly, some great hugs. And, although I was fortunate I did not have to undergo fertility treatment, I was comforted in knowing I was in the best hands had that been my path.
Your rapport, professionalism and genuine care were evident throughout the practice- from your front desk staff, to your phlebotomists, to your nurses. It is, by far, the best practice I’ve ever been a part of. My only criticism is that you had to discharge me. 🙁
Please know the impression you made on me, and my husband. I wish you all the best as you continue to impact other patients, and their families, in a positive manner.
