This place is truly an amazing place to go through such difficult medical issue as infertility. My husband and I had been to previous reproductive endocrinologists and Dr. Mersol-Barg and his team of angels annihilate the competition. This staff is incredibly intelligent, caring, compassionate and empathetic along with Dr. M-B. I have never had a Dr. in any sort of field call me on the phone to discuss test results and treatment options. They listen to your ideas for treatment too-acupuncture, herbal, new medical studies and evaluate what is best with you. Even though not all the news you get is enjoyable to hear, I greatly appreciated the honesty and the bottom line reality of our situation. He, along with his staff, answered all our questions in terms that I understood and also my husband-which sometimes incorporated sports terms. Also there is a support group which Dr.M-B attends! They are truly about patient care, through a second round of FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer) we did become pregnant and are expecting a baby in March ’15. The entire staff never gave up on us and continued to support whatever decision we wanted to go fwd with and respected our timeline, there is hope! There isn’t enough good things I can write about this remarkable team.
