“One year ago today our precious 6 day old embryo made her transition from the Petri dish into my uterus, and our lives forever. The transfer went as smooth as can be, and from that moment on all Tony & I (and all of our family & friends) could do was pray!
We did not know if she’d be a boy or girl, what she’d look like, sound like, smell like. We didn’t know what her personality would be like, temperament, how she’d eat or sleep. We didn’t know when she would come, or if she would even stick! None of that mattered. In the next 7 days, we prayed. We leaned on each other and prayed as much as we could (after all, we were PUPO–pregnant until proven otherwise!) A year later, and our precious miracle is almost 4 months old! It’s our biggest blessing and we couldn’t be any happier! She is our longest wish, my heartbeat outside of my body, and the answer to all of our prayers!! We are so thankful for all of you!!”
